Facilitated business process improvement team charged with reviewing the accounts payable process.

Operational Excellence:

Facilitated team charged with developing a clear well established recognition & accountability process to help successfully implement and sustain world class operational excellence.

As an associate with Emerge Learning, helped develop and facilitate workshops at Suncor on their "Journey to Zero” initiative (zero loss time injuries). Transforming the culture from a production focus to a safe production focus.

Strategic Planning:

Developed and facilitated strategic planning sessions with 3 technical teams.

Developed, trained facilitators and facilitated breakout sessions for 1-day workshop sponsored by Alberta Research Council & Climate Change Central. Workshop initiated collaborative action promoting common stakeholder interests in the Micro-Power Distributed Generation industry sector in Alberta.

Reinventing Government:

Worked with Elaine McCoy, Minister of Labour (Government of Alberta, 1992) in designing workshops on "Re-inventing Government". Facilitated the workshops and trained others to act as facilitators for additional "Re-inventing Government" workshops.
