Business Process Improvement / Innovation:

Developed and deliver blended learning course on Business Process Innovation for the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary. (Includes modules on communication and change management).

Effective Meetings:

Developed and deliver workshops on conducting effective meetings. Provide general workshops and customized workshops focused on team requirements

Team Building:

Developed and delivered workshops on Introduction to Type and Teams, including managing conflict, and enhancing communication.

Creativity / Critical Thinking:

Developed and delivered preliminary workshop that explored creativity and critical thinking based on work completed by Marci Segal, Damian Killen and Gareth Williams, Lynn Levesque, and Edward de Bono. Reviewed:

• Models to help with creativity and critical thinking.
• Material related to personality type and creativity
• Ways to enhance creativity
• How others view critical thinking and creativity.

Creating Community:

Developed and delivered workshop to colleagues on creating community within the classroom and online.
